Results: Expected to maintain or exceed booking 1 prospect per 2 working hours with an average closing rate of 30% of prospects that attend sales calls.

  • Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance in our system

  • Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership

  • Create new leads from LinkedIn by messaging target audiences

  • Follow protocols as to booking calls, canceling, or keeping them

  • Required to attend weekly team meetings

Requirements

High level of experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms, Experience in customer service is required.
 

  • Some experience in the personal development, spiritual, online business industry is preferred but not mandatory

  • Must be able to communicate and connect with femininity concepts

  • Must have sales or customer service experience

  • Must have high emotional intelligence and ability to relate/connect

  • Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style

  • Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
