A future client support agent will be needed to schedule potential customers for sales calls from social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using a customized lead generation method. Engaging in the specified lead generation strategy on all required social media platforms during scheduled hours.
Results: Expected to maintain or exceed booking 1 prospect per 2 working hours with an average closing rate of 30% of prospects that attend sales calls.
Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance in our system
Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership
Create new leads from LinkedIn by messaging target audiences
Follow protocols as to booking calls, canceling, or keeping them
Required to attend weekly team meetings
High level of experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms, Experience in customer service is required.
Some experience in the personal development, spiritual, online business industry is preferred but not mandatory
Must be able to communicate and connect with femininity concepts
Must have sales or customer service experience
Must have high emotional intelligence and ability to relate/connect
Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
