We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Social Media Manager to lead marketing efforts across various social channels in order to drive awareness and customer acquisition. We seek a leader to play a key role in raising brand awareness and exponentially improving our visibility. Additionally, this person shows a combination of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and project management skills. We are seeking a social media leader who is a great communicator and thrives in a dynamic, extremely fast-paced technical marketing environment.
The successful social marketer will have meaningful cryptocurrency experience and:
Develop and implement multi-channel social media strategies the 10x Blocknative’s
Craft and deliver compelling communication that accelerates adoption of our platform.
Create compelling posts and activate Crypto Twitter.
Drive traffic to Blocknative’s YouTube channel and educational content.
Demonstrate thought leadership on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
You’ll be passionate about shaping the future of finance and thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment. You’ll be an experienced professional who thinks strategically but is also prepared to roll up your sleeves and works well remotely. The ideal candidate should be a passionate, self-motivated, team player with significant experience in the blockchain industry.
Own the execution of Blocknative’s social media marketing strategy.
Craft posts and messages based on audience segmentation and social media platforms.
Measure and monitor effectiveness of social media programs.
Engage and nurture Blocknative users in our Discourse community.
Help drive top of funnel awareness and engage our community.
Lead and coordinate content generation and distribution initiatives across different social media platforms.
Engage members of our Discord community and our partners’ communities.
Lead and coordinate with key influencers and partners.
Excellent social media, written communication, and trend spotting skills.
Comfort in a fast-paced and cross-functional work environment. Love for startups, entrepreneurship, financial markets, and new technologies.
Ability to create an authentic, engaging and trusted social presence.
Knowledge of with social listening and search engine marketing tools
Experience with crypto, NFTs and DeFi.
Passionate and familiar with cryptocurrency, blockchain and decentralized finance.
A basic understanding of Blocknative technology and our value proposition.
3+ years of social media marketing experience, with at least 1 year crypto.
Empathy for users, developers, and traders.
Outstanding written communication skills.
Powerful authentic storyteller.
