We're looking for a Social Content Designer who will create original content for MomentRanks’s social channels. The Social Content Designer will have the experience that equips them with the storytelling and social media skills to effortlessly translate all of our content to speak to our audiences on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and more. As the Social Content Designer, you will work directly with the Social Media Manager to grow our presence and establish a loyal audience. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for audience development, producing engaging content, a budding interest in NFTs and Web3, as well as exceptional organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Collaborate with Social Media Manager and Content team to conceptualize, create, and manage social content across MomentRanks’ social platforms
- Create videos, graphics, images, animations, illustrations, and other visuals for social/marketing needs
- Responsible for production of projects to adhere to deadlines/quick turnarounds
- Work across departments to gather assets and collaborate on projects
- Pull insights from analytics for creating assets
- Contribute to brainstorm meetings to aid both marketing and creative strategies and ideation
- Troubleshooting creative problems and other issues in the production pipeline
- Channel our voice, creating smart, digestible social content that drives social media conversation using best practices
- 4+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production
- Possesses a deep understanding of creating engaging content tailored to specific audiences
- Proficient skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other tools
- Ability to clearly present concepts, and execute projects from start to finish
- Can handle a fast paced environment with last minute changes
- Technical knowledge of social media platforms and specs needed for all deliveries
- Extremely organized
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic understanding of NFTs, cryptocurrency, or Web3
Nice to Haves
- Experience working in-house on a content team for a Web3 project
- Experience using project management tools like Asana or Notion
- Experience in multiple areas of content preferred: Illustration, Videos, Graphic Design, Livestreams, Photography, etc.
