SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST IN HATFIELD | RELOCATE TO THE UK WITH WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP

We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist who will be responsible for providing first line single point of contact supporting our ever-growing customers. You are expected to support the restoration of our Technology services. This is a fast-paced shift-based role in our Service Assurance Operations Centre This is a 24/7 shift-based role 7 am - 7 pm / 7 pm-7 am Alternating days and nights. So will require you to be flexible with working hours. You will be the first port of call for our client base providing outstanding customer service whilst supporting a diverse and ever-evolving customer base. You will have previous experience in a similar role with a passion to drive and deliver exceptional customer service, a natural problem solver with a can do attitude and good troubleshooting skills . Previous experience with or knowledge of Jira Service Desk and Confluence or the equivalent ITSM tooling. You will be a strong communicator both written and verbal with the ability to work under pressure whilst managing expectations and dealing with complex customer concerns.
