A Senior UI/UX Designer is needed to assist with creating the appearance and feel of our web platforms. In this position, you'll work on a variety of digital projects with the goal of enhancing and expanding our current online presence. We offer relocation support and working visa sponsorship for successful candidates that are based overseas or interstate.
The role.
This is a highly collaborative role in which you'll work on the full life cycle of design from ideation and concept creation through to collaboration with software engineers to bring designs to life.
Ideation and concept generation.
Your past experiences will have prepared you for the full design life cycle. You'll brainstorm, ideate and iterate on concepts in order to achieve the production of complete working designs.
Data driven and analytical design approach.
Your approach to design will be informed by relevant data and analytics. You'll define goals and metrics to measure the success of your work and analyse user data to identify user patterns which will directly inform your design focus. Your work will improve user experiences and encourage higher levels of user engagement.
Optimisation of existing user experiences.
As you become familiar with our design environment and platforms, you'll identify areas where we can refine our digital products as well as address areas of opportunity and growth.
Build and maintain design systems.
You'll have had experience creating department wide design systems, style guides and clear design process documentation. Your efforts in this area will contribute to our overall design consistency and scalability.

Experience with a wide range of creative software.
Your experiences will allow you to adapt and respond to unique design challenges. You’ll enjoy designing user interfaces, creating layouts, and working with components and design systems. You are adept at preparing prototypes and proof-of-concepts with modern design tools.
Ability to collaborate with diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll be comfortable with and enjoy cooperating with cross-functional teams to define internal requirements and create solutions that meet user needs, our established design language and our wider business objectives.
Understand the importance of accessibility standards.
