We are looking for a Senior In-House Recruiter who will be responsible for assessing and recruiting talent into the Sumo Group from as much of the external talent pool as possible. This will be achieved through working closely with discipline directors, hiring manager, HR partners and senior stakeholders across multiple Group studios. Relocation Support and Visa Sponsorship to the UK available.
Lead design and production recruitment efforts across multiple Sumo Group studios in the UK and Canada.
Utilise your existing sourcing experience across multiple platforms and technologies to find the best suited candidates in the market.
Work closely with senior discipline stakeholders across the group to understand hiring requirements and provide insights and advice on market conditions.
Work with the Recruitment Lead to better understand the available data for your pipeline, using this to drive your decision making and inform your hiring partners.
Create a best-in-class candidate experience across all stages of the talent acquisition process including: sourcing, interviewing, debriefing and offer stages.
Where necessary, work closely with our agency partners as a key point of contact for the design and production discipline; keeping them updated on role requirements, processes and candidate activity.
What you'll already have
Experience in full lifecycle recruitment in the games industry, design industry or SaaS technology; either in house or an RPO role.
Strong working experience with LinkedIn RPS and sourcing methods like Boolean Searching, X-Ray Searching and social media.
Experience of using data to drive recruitment decisions regarding Diversity and Inclusion, Market Mapping and influencing senior stakeholders.
Ability to work well in a team environment and successfully build internal relationships with peers, senior stakeholders and HR partners.
A clear data-driven mindset with a passion for understanding market-trends and patterns to inform recruitment efforts.
An ability to inform and influence hiring managers as an effective Senior TA Partner, providing insights to enable them to make informed hiring decisions.
