We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This position reports to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. Our ideal candidate has solid financial analysis and modeling skills as well as an interest in becoming an expert in the end-to-end finances of our business. In this position, you will help us modernize the FP&A function to support our growing business. You will create new financial models, manage and improve existing financial models, contribute to our forecast and planning efforts, build new reports, maintain existing reports and provide decision support to senior leadership. We are looking for someone who is highly accountable, both detail-oriented and able to understand the big picture, proactive, skilled at stakeholder management and eager to be part of a scaling and complex international business.
Create new models to support the growing company while also maintaining and improving existing models
Help establish our business unit reporting and become the main financial support for 1 or more business units
Work with the Fund Finance team to improve our fund reporting and analytics
Build out the migration from Google Sheets to Microsoft Excel creating linked data source files
Work closely with the team to develop our data framework and migration to a new reporting and planning system
Identify business, reporting and system improvements to improve operational efficiencies and quality
Collaborate with the greater Finance & Accounting team on reporting including reclasses, variances, ad-hoc projects, etc.
Develop and maintain ad-hoc reports and financial models
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience in reporting, modeling and financial analysis
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Private Equity / Venture Capital experience preferred but not required
Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects timely & accurately
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Compensation range: $100,000 - $120,000 + 10% Bonus
