Experience:
8+ year experience as scrum master is a must have.
Working knowledge of SAFe.
Experience with multi-cultural and off-shore environments.
Experience with multi-discipline environment is a pre.
Software engineering background is a pre.
VMWare, Puppet RHEV knowledge is a pre.
Experience with cloud based development solutions is a pre.
Personal skills and qualification:
Ability to delegate work, Team player, Robust personality, stress tolerant and Coaching abilities.
Independent way of working in our dynamic explorative environment.
Good communicator: Active listening, giving feedback.
Technically inclined, capable of understanding the activities of the team.
Fluent in English is a must.
Education BSc or MSc in computer science, electronics or equivalent with Dutch.
