We are looking for a Scrum Master to improve our Development processes and coach our Development team. Energetically lead and ensure that the teams build and ship according to agreed upon expectations
Caching and growing individuals and bring engineering culture within a department to the next level
Manage issues and dependencies between teams and projects including external communications
Identify and improve our processes for team productivity and product quality
Preparation of retrospective reports on development progress and team performance
Manage of github project board, milestones, and JIRA for each relevant product
Close collaboration with head of development on applying standards, processes and policies shared by all development teams
Management of scrum events (backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives)
3+ years experience as working directly with developers as a scrum master, project manager or engineering manager
5+ years experience working in the technical field.
Basic understanding of blockchain technology and an eagerness to learn more
Experience with using Github and JIRA.
Strong organization and documentation skills
Strong people, leadership, and multicultural skills.
A team player and ability to manage and motivate individuals and provide constructive feedback
Critical thinking and problem solving skills with ability to address business critical issues proactively
