SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

As the Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role on our Growth Operations team here. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help support our core administrators to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for handling the day-to-day work required to keep our team running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for helping us maintain our ticketing system, enforcing data hygiene, doing quality checks on work by team members, and helping manage internal projects with our team leads. You will work alongside our core Sales and Support administrators as well as our team leads and Revenue Operations Architect. You will have ample opportunities to shadow more experienced members of the team as you work towards your advanced Salesforce and associated system certifications.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong desire to work with Salesforce, preferably with strong prior work experience in project management and supporting a team in completing projects. You should be excited about the Salesforce platform and have a strong desire to learn and get your next certifications while on our team. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable supporting internal and end users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of user and license management including new user

Qualifications and Background

  • Salesforce product knowledge and 3-6 months hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud, Support Cloud and a project management tool

  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges - The more the better

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (project management, team support, organization, and coordinating with others)

  • 1-2 years of sales experience

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator is a plus

  • Trailhead Ranger Status is a plus

  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification

  • Bilingual

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

  • Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions

  • Training users and creating training materials

  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)

  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports

  • Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development

  • Active in the Salesforce community
