We are looking for a pro-active Salesforce Administrator to play a fundamental role in shaping our Salesforce Service Cloud and be the point of contact for everything regarding Salesforce. You will be our in-house Salesforce expert, taking care of all the customisations, configurations and integrations. Own our Salesforce Service cloud and be a primary Salesforce administrator for our 70+ users.
Work closely with your stakeholders worldwide from operations, customer support and expansion teams to design, implement, iterate and document new operational processes on Salesforce.
Configure, together with our Engineering team, Salesforce integration with our Products and help maintain and simplify our existing configurations.
Perform business analysis and make recommendations to help business units leverage Salesforce to the fullest.
Use our ticketing system to handle all administrative requests.
Communicate new releases and prepare user guides and training to diverse audiences.
Ensure both quality and security standards are developed and maintained.
Significant experience in tech/software development, technical leadership and solid experience with IT infrastructure setups using a mix of hosting and cloud services in an organization that has experienced high growth
In-depth knowledge of APIs and Microservices
Deep experience with Java, Spring Boot, PostgresSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Docker and Data Warehousing, React/Vue.js experience is a plus
Communicate in a bold and persuasive way at all levels to many different audiences
Strong project management skills and ability to run and improve technical development processes
