We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to be a trusted partner to the entirety of our company.
Own SFDC here at Pento and be the go-to system administrator for 45+ users (and growing rapidly!)
Own and drive SFDC implementation across new geographies as we continue to expand
UX improvement — ensure Salesforce is as user friendly as possible for users from all teams across Pento
Be the main point of contact to help answer questions and educate users
Optimise SFDC including but not limited to workflows, report formulas, approval processes, fields, dashboards, and alerts
Manage installed packages and assist with Connected tool monitoring
Manage and ensure that release updates are completed in a timely manner
Identify and implement corrective actions
Ensure internal stakeholders needs/expectations are met and promote transparency through effective communications
Apply and test configuration changes
Conduct training sessions for users of all Salesforce experience levels
You’re a certified as a Salesforce Administrator
You have 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce administration
You have 3+ years of experience working with Sales and Marketing tooling
You’re comfortable with the ins-and-outs of a Docusign <> SFDC integration
You’re proficient in data manipulation and thrive in spreadsheets
You’re able to understand business objectives and the infrastructure that supports it
You’re well organised and analytical; a well-oiled SFDC makes you smile
You’re a great team player who can identify where to help/optimise proactively
You’re a good communicator and can explain things clearly and easily
You can solve problems quickly but effectively, taking one step at a time
You can work under pressure and act quickly on changing demands; however, you never lose sight of the longer term picture
You can work independently but also thrive as part of a team
A positive outlook and a roll-up-your-sleeve attitude
