We are looking for an efficient and highly organized professional who is passionate about Sales Operations, and can manage multiple tasks throughout the workday prioritizing the most important ones on the list. As part of our Sales Operations Team, you will engage with many high-performance areas to give the best support to sales and cross-functional teams through process improvements and internal management tools.
Support sales teams and other cross-functional areas during the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales phases through deal desk, help desk, and other subareas;
Participate in projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, process improvement and sales optimization;
Document workflows and standard candences operating procedures to propose solutions for the main bottlenecks;
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Sales, CX, Marketing) to review and support execution in approval processes and workflows;
Focus on strong working relationship with the sales team to enablement and proficiency to mitigate drop points, therefore increasing their productivity and efficiency through system and process best practices;
Develop and improve reports and dashboards to offer sales-related metrics and indicators for decision-making.
Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning.
BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics or other related fields (MBA degree is a plus)
2-6 years of experience in fast-paced technology companies
User proficiency and/or technical proficiency with CRMs and Analytics such as Hubspot, Salesforce and Google Sheets
Knowledge of business process mapping with critical thinking and problem solving mindset
Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
Is a self-starter and has the ability to work independently
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
English is a must have
