As Sales Operations Executive, you will implement and co-drive streamlining, optimization and expansion of our commercial processes and supporting tech stack. You will help align Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, steadily increasing overall efficiency and enabling more data-driven insights and decisions at every turn. You will be part of our rapidly growing Sales team (10 and counting) and focus above all on this teams’ needs, notably the AEs and SDRs. You will also address wider initiatives in close collaboration with our RevOps Lead, Marketing and Analytics.
Ultimately, your work contributes to increased work satisfaction for the Sales team, saves the company time and money, helps increasing revenue growth and informs wider strategy by analysing insights and trends in data.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Ensure that all core Sales metrics are available for management reporting and efficient day-day Sales management
Spot and troubleshoot data quality issues
Create, improve and share meaningful reports and insights based on the data you manage - to your team and more widely in the business and with senior management
Optimise the sales process for individuals and the management team to ensure data quality and efficiency
Manage and own our Sales tech stack (mainly Outreach, Gong, Cognism) and integrations (mainly to our current CRM system, HubSpot)
Collaborate on and co-own our wider commercial tech stack
Help us transition to SalesForce CRM in the medium-term future
About you, these are the skills and experience we’re looking for:
Must-haves:
2+ years of SalesOps experience, managing relevant tech stacks
Proven track record in establishing systems, integrating systems and migrating between systems
Experience working with and supporting a Sales team
Experience with SalesForce
Working knowledge of Hubspot
Excellent communication skills
An analytical mind and great attention to detail
Nice-to-haves:
Super user or admin experience with a sales engagement tool (such as Outreach)
Super user or admin experience with a lead routing tool (such as ChiliPiper)
Super user or admin experience with data management (best practices, tools, processes)
Superb documentation and presentation skills
Proven project and stakeholder management track record, managing complex scenarios, making tradeoffs and understanding stakeholders
