You will be the resident expert on all things sales operations: integrating new technologies, testing new methods, and implementing processes. What you will be doing
 

  • Defining the sales processes and mapping them to Salesforce

  • Identifying challenges for internal stakeholders and transforming those into technical solutions

  • Creating, testing, and releasing new Salesforce capabilities

  • Automating as many processes as possible

What you will NOT be doing
 

  • Qualifying sales leads

  • Setting up appointments

Key Responsibilities


 
Create a Salesforce platform that seamlessly handles multiple products and provides the necessary information to internal stakeholders at a glance

Candidate Requirements
 

  • At least 2 years of Salesforce administrative experience, preferably with certification

  • At least 2 years of experience developing new capabilities using Apex

  • Prior experience working with sales, revenue generation, or sales operations teams
