As a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager, you will be managing & developing processes to improve the department’s operations. You will also be leading marketing efforts to develop the marketplace seller programs. You will work closely with other departments to plan & coordinate executions across multiple channels. Learn how to structure teamwork, creativity & analytical skills in an Agile management environment and deploy improvements to the process on a day-by-day basis. Develop & execute strategies at each level of marketing funnel to drive inbound enquiries to the company sites/social media platforms to achieve objectives.
Oversee & manage ad campaigns, landing pages, social media accounts, EDMs, virtual/sales events & CRM
Manage online & offline enquiries and communications from prospects and existing customers across all channels
Coordinate between departments to prepare and furnish marketing materials/collaterals & presentation decks/proposals.
Strategize on departmental processes and coordinate team for improvements
Track & measure analytics/data and generate regular reports
A professional degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing / sales operations
Digital fundamentals for content, social media marketing, conversion optimization, SEO/SEM
Experience in ecommerce & affiliate marketing would be an advantage but not a requirement
Excellent analytical, planning and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint)
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
