Selling of token listings and other products
Inviting projects for demo pitches
Reporting on sales activity, leads generated, agreements signed, and revenue
Conducting sales team training
Onboarding of new sales manager to ensure 1st sale in 1st month
Off-boarding decisions (2 months of low performance)
2+ years in sales or business development
Experience in process automation and analytics
Worked 4+years in high pace international environment or has a degree in top 30 international university
Go-getter attitude, outstanding people and problem-solving skills
Likely to think that the work-life balance is a downshifting concept as it assumes a conflict between clients' and personal interests
Definitely puts the interest of clients first, loyal, never backtalk, radically openminded and transparent
At least basic knowledge of crypto markets (IEOs markets)
