We're now seeking for a Sales Executive B2B to join our sales team and work directly with demand creation, product development, and client success. from making the first move to establishing reliable connections to negotiating and concluding your transactions. You will have a fantastic mix of inbound and outbound prospects to work within the DevSecOps industry, and you are exceptional at comprehending the problems that your clients face.
You can identify target accounts, define and execute an account-based sales strategy to land and expand new business
You proactively remain in control of the complete sales cycle up to the closing of the contract
You can engage the right stakeholders at the right time to facilitate the decision-making process and get their mutual buy-in
You actively shape our young sales organization and set the foundation for our future growth
You are well-versed with KPIs like MRR and NDR
You represent us at events and trade fairs at home and globally
✔️ What you bring to the table:
Must-haves:
At least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
Proven track record of achieving your sales targets in complex sales cycles
You are a great and empathetic listener, being able to understand your customer challenges and translate them into potential solutions
You can engage the right stakeholders at the right time to facilitate the decision-making process and get their mutual buy-in
You have worked with inbound leads before, and you are willing to build your own pipeline
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) are mandatory
