This Sales Enablement Specialist role plays a pivotal role in guiding the Global Sales Organization’s hypergrowth. In this role you will be a key member of the Sales Enablement team owning and managing 2 core programs: Sales Onboarding & Sales Productivity.
Sales Onboarding
MessageBird’s sales team continues to grow exponentially and it is key to drive a vibrant and impactful sales onboarding program. New sellers need to learn about products, processes and sales tools so they can be productive within their first quarter with MessageBird. Your key challenge is to shorten ‘time to productivity’ while at the same time establishing deeper impact. The sales onboarding program is expected to continuously evolve.
Sales Productivity - Sales Tools Management & Training
In 2022, MessageBird invested deeply and upgraded its entire sales tools stack which now consists of industry leading solutions across the board. To fully leverage this investment, all sellers need to be thoroughly trained and their progress and actual usage needs to be visible to sales management through live dashboards.
This role is best suited for someone who is a strong program manager who enjoys running and evolving an onboarding program that helps new Birds ramp up quickly and effectively. At the same time, you are a natural with modern online sales tools and systems.
Sales Onboarding - Continuously improve and evolve the onboarding program to fit the company’s needs:
Align on priority topics with internal stakeholders
Roll out the sales onboarding program throughout the month
Liaise with subject matter experts to provide live and on demand training.
Liaise with hiring managers so each new Bird builds a 30/60/90 day plan
Maintain an on demand Sales Onboarding portal and learning path on Highspot
Orchestrate monthly Capstone Challenge
Deliver reporting and discuss results with sales management and leadership
Sales Productivity - Ensure adoption and best practice use of each sales tool:
Priority projects: Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach and Highspot.
Direct ownership of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Highspot usage
Coordination with administrators for other sales tools
Build reporting on usage and impact.
Manage quarterly review cycles with tool vendors
Boost usage and maximize return on investment
Positive energy and a strong passion to help sales teams succeed and reach their goals
3+ years of proven track record in a sales (enablement) role with a SaaS, or IT “as a service” company
Experience creating training materials for sales or customer facing teams
Strong collaboration skills
Effective organisational and project management skills and ability to manage priorities in an ever changing scale up environment
Excellent presentation creation and delivery skills with demonstrated skills in adapting content delivery by audience. Bonus points for graphic design and video editing skills.
Aptitude for applying tools to achieve optimal results and hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
Outstanding analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment
