To make sure that our guests have a spotless and comfortable stay, we are searching for responsible and meticulous room attendants. We would love to have you on our team if you are a self-starter who is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene!
Room Preparation: Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities.
Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
Quality Control: Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and inspected thoroughly before guest arrival.
Guest Requests: Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services promptly and professionally.
Laundry: Handle and manage the resort's laundry services, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Safety: Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe and healthy environment for guests and colleagues.
Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
Communication Skills: Basic communication skills in English.
Previous Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Team Player: Collaborative and able to work well within a diverse team.
Availability: Must be available for an online interview this week and able to start before November 20th, 2023.
Location: Located outside of Qatar due to visa restrictions and timelines.
