REVENUE SYSTEMS MANAGER, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

To oversee our sales, customer experience, and support tech stacks, we are seeking for a revenue systems manager. We are searching for applicants that are dependable, smart, motivated, and goal-oriented, who work well in teams, have a positive outlook, are curious about new problems, and are looking for more effective ways to enhance our existing and future systems. You will directly collaborate with Sales and CX while reporting to the Director of Business & Revenue Operations in order to create, develop, and scale a top-notch revenue operations organization. To better enable data collecting, enhance workflows, and accelerate growth, help us develop our key sales tech stack solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the sales process through our CRM as well as various sales and partner success tech stack tools.

  • Proactively monitor sales and partner success operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.

  • Evaluate, Install, and Ensure optimal performance of Sales systems and products.

  • Upgrade and configure Sales systems for optimized integration.

  • Manage CRM roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

  • Perform database maintenance and management tasks, ensuring the system is clean and maintained for reporting purposes.

  • Manage sales reporting and dashboards in CRM.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years experience in a revenue operations environment

  • Certified Salesforce and/or Hubspot Administrator

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL

  • Strong business acumen and project management skills, with a bias for data-informed decision-making

  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, and Product

  • Ability to independently lead projects including scope, prioritize, and execute initiatives
