REVENUE OPERATIONS MANAGER | REMOTE

We are looking for a RevOps manager with a track record in setting up revenue operations in a B2B SaaS environment, who is excited about building a new and evolving function from the ground up. This team member will be a trusted partner and influencer in how we scale the business in 2022 and beyond. The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations across the end-to-end customer life cycle, enabling growth through operational efficiency, and keeping teams accountable to revenue by focusing on operations management, tooling, and analytics.

What you’ll do:

  • Help establish Resolve’s Revenue Operations processes and steer operations to support revenue growth across Sales, Marketing, and Success

  • Support the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, driving projects to create efficient sales cycle processes, with a focus on automation, to help the teams acquire and grow our merchant base

  • Identify data requirements, tooling, and instrumentation needed to enable best practices in RevOps analytics and reporting

  • Drive measurement and reporting of performance against targets to surface key insights and identify opportunities for growth

  • Own the Salesforce and growth tech stack at Resolve; ensure data within our systems is accurate and up to date so that Sales, Marketing, and Success processes are aligned across the end-to-end customer journey

  • Create forecasts and build dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to easily understand the health of the business, and identify opportunities and create strategies to help them hit their goals

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience focused on Sales, Marketing, and/or Success operations

  • Working knowledge and experience in Revenue Operations within a SaaS company

  • Expert in optimizing Salesforce and implementing/integrating other RevOps tools within a quickly scaling environment

  • Strong attention to detail with experience in using data/ analytics to drive strategic decision-making (familiar with SQL and BI tools like Looker)

  • Experience in forecasting, data analytics, and modeling

  • Passion for pioneering innovative, highly effective tools & processes
