An energetic, personable, and approachable reservationist is needed by a French restaurant with a Mediterranean-inspired menu. The ideal candidate will be customer-driven, extremely proactive, and switched on. You are in charge of all restaurant reservations and other administrative tasks as the department's food and beverage reservations clerk. The Hotel Group will pay for the flight and visa fees.
Answer the phone/emails and input customer reservations into the computer/reservation systems.
Make daily calls to customers to confirm their upcoming reservations.
To captures details from incoming calls and coordinate each reservation to ensure the guest's satisfaction.
Maximizing reservations accurately & up-selling.
Help among the teams, such as by getting water or serving food for customers, as needed.
Daily updates on the reservations reports and submit to the Management.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
1 to 2 years of restaurant experience, is preferred.
Keen attention to detail to track guest reservations.
Excellent customer service skills.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Experience with electronic reservation system
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a reservations role within a hospitality environment
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Windows-based software, Microsoft Word, and HSI.
Professional image, representative of property image.
Exceptional telephone skills.
Ability to listen to guests effectively and resolve issues.
Must be detail-oriented
