As Restaurant Manager, you will supervise the entire operation of the front of the house, delegate responsibilities to the team members effectively
Someone who is hands-on, passionate, and knowledgeable about Spanish food and culture to lead from the front
Ensure that the performance and appearance of the team are up to the standards set by the hotel.
Responsible for maintaining the gross profit set by the hotel
Responsible for hiring, and conducting ongoing training of the staff
Is contemporary, creative, and aware of new trends and can contribute new ideas and suggestions
Maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind
Can take initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues
Is a strong leader, a mentor, and able to keep the team motivated
Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred
Hospitality Degree and experience in 5-star hotel operations or equivalent stand-alone restaurant operations preferred
Salary Package: AED 13500 all-inclusive + service charge
