We are searching for a Reporting Analyst who will report directly to the Sustainable Finance Manager in order to strengthen our existing capabilities and boost our overall performance on strategic projects. This department is in charge of developing our company's sustainability strategy and making sure that all sustainability-related issues and risks are integrated throughout all of the departments. Assist Business Units and functions to integrate ESG priorities into strategic planning, establishing and implementing ESG processes and controls and monitoring regulatory requirements, peer reporting, and market environment.
Ensure goal roadmaps and/or priority projects lists with key milestones are established to advance performance and metric reporting, and monitor performance against such roadmaps and/or priority projects list and achievement of key milestones;
Collect the necessary data that is subject to sustainability reporting including ownership of GHG emissions, drive stakeholder engagement on ESG reporting and, work with Investor Relations and other functions, enhancing the annual ESG report and other disclosures, responses to stakeholder inquiries and requirements.
Work with subject matter expert (SME) individuals and working groups from across the enterprise as well as assist in managing, as necessary, outside resources with specific ESG expertise or knowledge.
The successful candidate will collaborate in moderating the cross-functional ESG team and will regularly provide updates to the ESG Steering Committee made up of Senior Leadership Team executives preparing presentation and other materials for periodic updates to key stakeholders.

A university degree with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Auditor comparable majors
Around 2 years of work experience in a Big4 or in a Consulting environment within Financial Services or finance departments, preferably work experience at a bank or a Fintech company
Experience working in active management of project, leading or assisting
Understanding for and experience in designing and implementing Finance Operating Models
Experience working in Sustainable Finance teams and a sound understanding of ESG topics is desired.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving
Self starter with a deep interest in Financial topics, incl. the technological backbone
Basic understanding of bank’s internal operations and control/regulatory environment
