With a NQF5 diploma and ideally some experience as a service and maintenance technician/fault technician, our client is actively looking for new hires. Tasks for candidates start at the street cabinet (where the phone lines come in), and their main focus will be on the power supply needed by data centers. This area will be kept up by the candidate, who will also handle battery changes during blackouts.
Perform maintenance and installation work, as well as commissioning various building-related electrical energy installations.
Assess the nature and coherence of faults, devise solutions, and choose methods and means to repair installations.
Evaluate the nature and necessity of preventive maintenance. Assess whether installations should be taken out of operation for safety reasons. Also, assess the quality of maintenance activities.
Assess safety risks and evaluate safety measures to be taken during the execution of the work.
Participate in on-call duty.
NQF 5 (N6 Diploma) Trade certificate
Experience with on-call duties (preferred)
Knowledge of building-related installations (preferred)
Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and flexibility
Capacity for learning and willingness to continuously develop yourself
€3.000 - €4.250 gross income per month
