Are you enthusiastic about heading up a vibrant team in one of the top eateries in Amsterdam? We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in the south of Amsterdam, which is well-known for its unique fusion of fine ingredients, live-fire cooking, and a nod to cultural customs.
3-5 years of managerial experience in a high-end, high-volume setting (200+ covers).
Proven expertise in managing large teams (50+ staff members, both front and back of house).
Exceptional financial acumen and maître d skills, ensuring unparalleled guest experiences.
Experience working in Amsterdam.
Dutch speaking is preferred, but for the right person, not a deal-breaker.
A competitive salary of approximately 6,000 per month, including tips.
