Your main goal as the Senior Cabinet Maker is to supervise the production process to guarantee effectiveness, output, and superior product quality. Planning resources, overseeing deadlines, and coordinating the production and installation of items will all fall within your purview. In order to meet and beyond client expectations, it will be crucial that you exercise leadership, communicate clearly, and have a thorough understanding of production procedures. Collaborate with the Sales team to accurately assess job requirements and estimate project costs.
Provide timely estimates for projects and source materials efficiently.
Liaise with clients on-site to address installation queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work hands-on with fitting teams on-site as required.
Collaborate closely with designers to ensure accurate drawings and cost-effective material usage.
Demonstrate clear leadership and communication to all stakeholders.
Make timely and quality decisions, and solve problems effectively.
Ensure smooth running of the production line and maintain high-quality output.
Utilize a clean driver's license for transportation needs.
Possess a good knowledge of edge banders, panel saws, hand routers, and hand tools.
Experience and Qualifications:
Qualified cabinet maker with a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing for commercial/retail purposes.
Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
A competitive basic salary, depending on experience
