WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM THIS EXPERIENCE

  • Identifying, selecting and evaluating the right profiles to be included in the right job position, but not only.

  • Deals with all the bureaucratic and legal aspects of personnel management: from relocation to the management of disciplined proceedings, maternity, labor disputes, complaints.

  • Deals with the growth and training of the people who work in the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Perform full-cycle recruitment for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process and offer negotiation

  • Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manner

  • Proactively sourcing candidates to ensure best quality shortlist to present to the business

  • Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives

  • Work closely with the Head of HR to produce and keep up to date with recruitment management information

  • Utilize best practice sourcing methods including advanced web sourcing, social networks, university job boards, user groups, research and databases to source passive candidates meeting the needs of the organization

  • Complete recruitment related administration as required (rejections, interview invitations, room bookings, contracts etc.)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of Italian and a third language is a plus.

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).

  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews, digital profile hiring is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc).

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

  • Experience in remote team management and demonstrated long-term planning skills.

  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels.

  • Flexible working hours required in case of urgency or business need.

  • Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.

  • Location: Anywhere (Full Remote) during probation period. Potential opportunity to relocate to Dubai after probation period or continue Fully Remote.
