We are looking for a Recruiter Specialist who will support People Domain on a mission to unlock human potential with technology by finding our future brilliant Think-iteers. In this role, you will be accountable for providing our candidates with a wow-experience by attending to their needs according to our people-centric values. You will be as well proactively reaching out to the talents out-there to promote Think-it's mission and attract likely-minded people to build a stronger impact-driven collective together.
Identify appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
Support our Talent Acquisition Manager to identify needs and positions to be filled; reviews job descriptions for open positions.
Actively source for local and international talent.
Provide our candidates with wow-experience through proactive, timely communication and empathetic, supportive approach in accordance with Think-it values.
Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.

Requirements
Qualifications
Frist experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech space;
A strong work ethic and thirst for learning;
Have a strong interest in the world of technology;
Common sense, reliability, and a natural drive to keep things organized;
Professional written and verbal fluency in English;
B.Sc or M.Sc in a relevant field;
Professional proficiency in additional languages like French and Tunisian Arabic;
Experience working with international and/or distributed teams;
You like to extend your professional network and you already have access to a strong one;
You are self-motivated. You take initiative, are naturally curious, and can learn new things quickly while continuing to deliver value on the job.
You are a shipper. You respect deadlines, accomplish your work autonomously, and have experience setting a positive example for self-management to your team members.
You are people-centric. You have the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts and enjoy helping others grow.
