We are currently seeking to hire a Receptionist/Facilities Helpdesk Support for a permanent opportunity, based in Dublin to join our busy Reception & Facilities teams.
The successful candidate will work on Reception and also provide administration support to our Facilities Department and Helpline when required. The role will be mainly based in our IFSC office, however travel to other locations may be required as directed by your manager.
Advanced PC skills including Word and Excel
A commitment to attention to detail
Excellent inter-personal communication skills
Prioritising work using time management, organisational and communication skills
Good administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks
Responsibility for meeting room bookings and catering bookings
An ability to make sound judgements in emergency situations
Reliability / Flexibility
Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
Taking incoming calls and subsequent messages
Organise all required internal and external meetings, catering and taxi requirements
Liaise and build relationships with clients and internal divisions on behalf of the team
Dealing with facilities related queries via phone, email & helpdesk
Ad hoc administrative support to Facilities team
