In this Quantity Surveyor role, you will be responsible for managing the financial and commercial aspects of a multimillion-dollar commercial construction project before moving to way on a large-scale building refurbishment project.
Tertiary qualification in quantity surveying
Proficient working knowledge of New Zealand conditions of contract
Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with project partners
Circa 5 years + experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Strong subcontractor and supplier engagement skills

This role requires a Quantity Surveyor who is collaborative by nature and who can demonstrate a successful track record ideally working on projects valued up to $20M.
In this position, our client is open to employing a person willing to relocate to Hawkes Bay for up to two years or supporting someone willing to work away from their home location.
