We are currently looking for a Quantitative Researcher who will be responsible to analyze market/traders' data and build statistical/mathematical/ML models or logic in order to improve our trading product. We offer a relocation package for the family and visa support
Analyze market data and trends in finance area with the purpose to plan new projects/products and/or adjust platform trading conditions
Build econometric/ statistical / mathematical / ML models with the purpose to improve Exness trading conditions
Analyze clients trades in order to detect clients abusive trading behaviors; create statistical models/logics in order to mitigate the risks arising from such behaviors
Create and check hypothesis based on financial data
Conduct Competitors analysis in terms of trading conditions
Experience:
2+ years’ experience as a Quantitative Researcher / Data Analyst / Data scientist on financial markets or related fields.
Statistics / Mathematics/ Finance / Financial engineering degree is a plus
Experience in market making / CFD / eFX industry is a plus
Professional Knowledge and Skills:
Very good knowledge of SQL
Excellent knowledge of Python and/or R
Knowledge of C++ is a plus
Excellent background in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Econometrics: understand statistical hypothesis testing and building advanced econometric / statistical models
Proven experience in analyzing complex and big data sets
Financial knowledge (asset pricing, financial econometrics, derivatives, market microstructure) is a plus
Machine learning: understand how to create robust forecasting ML models is a plus
Exceptional written communication skills, English - Fluent
