QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH ASSOCIATE, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

We’re hiring a Quantitative Research Associate to lead the development of statistical models and quantitative methods to help support the company’s mission -- exploring the impact of our products on health outcomes (e.g. well-being, depressive symptoms, anxiety, chronic conditions). Working with other members of our research team, this role will primarily work to conduct statistical analyses for pilot and observational studies, as well as conduct analyses of consumer and archival data within the Happify Health Platform to contribute to peer-reviewed publications, sales assets, and other collateral. Knowledge of statistical analyses for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) is also important to be able to write/review statistical plans contracted to outside vendors, and to analyze RCT data when needed. #LI-Remote
