As a QA Engineer, you will be part of a team that believes that quality is not only about releasing a bug-free product but also taking in consideration the value and impact of what is being developed for its users. Serve as a bridge between the product team and the tech team to deliver features that a user need and will use. Support for non-Malaysians (including relocation/work permit and visa support)
Your main responsibilities will include;
Analyze requirements and designs documents to create test plans and test cases to ensure that normal and edge cases are covered and properly handled.
Design, Develop and Execute automation scripts using open source tools and framework. Enhance and Re-structure existing automated test to adopt the fast changing environment.
Thoroughly identify, document and track bugs and at the same time make proper adjustments on the test coverage to prevent the same issue from happening again.
Engage team members to identify process improvement and optimize delivery momentum
Ensure that the team deliver with quality in mind and making sure that there is an alignment between different stakeholders.
3-6 years of experience as a QA Tester
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g. Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber)
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment
Diligent, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills to easily work in a multi-cultural and inter-disciplinary team
Deep knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes (TDD, BDD)
Positive, go-to attitude, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
Knowledge of performance and/or security testing is a plus
