The chosen individual will Create lesson plans and themes that are in keeping with the objectives of the curriculum for the teaching of psychology in secondary school. impart knowledge through talks, lectures, and demonstrations. Utilize computers, video aids, and other tools and resources to enhance presentations. Adapt your teaching strategies and course materials to your students' diverse needs and interests. Establish a rapport with pupils, arrange the classroom's materials and environment, and help students learn. To address any potential behavioral or academic issues, have meetings with parents or guardians, teachers, counselors, and administrators. Attend educational conferences and workshops for professional development to sustain and enhance your professional competence. Rules for classroom behavior and student conduct should be established and followed. To assess students' progress, prepare, give, and grade tests and assignments. VISA fees and Medical checks are done in the country for Residency also, Visa is paid for by the school for Employees only
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from a recognized University (UK preferred for British Curriculum)
TEACHING QUALIFICATION FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZA
Must have excellent English communication skills
Must have excellent classroom management skills and be able to deal effectively with student behavior issues
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at an appropriate grade level
Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible, and able to work in a continuously changing environment
Monthly Salary Range:
TAX-FREE Monthly salary ranging from QAR 12,000 to 13,000 based on qualifications and years of experience
Housing:
Furnished 1 - 2 bedroom apartment depending on family size.
Utilities paid, up to QAR 300 for Single and QAR 500 for married
Health Insurance Coverage:
Medical insurance for employees only. The candidate is responsible for dependents
Annual Air Tickets:
Annual airfare for employee and 1 dependent only
Relocation air tickets are TAX-FREE and also provided at the beginning and end of the contract for employees only and 1 dependent
Leave:
Annual summer vacations, winter and spring breaks, all government and religious holidays, sick leave, bereavement leave, and personal days are paid for, in accordance with Labour Laws, school policy, and procedures
Dependant School Fees:
100% discount for 1 child attending the same school as an employee
Visa & Medical Check Fees:
VISA fees and Medical checks are done in the country for Residency Visa are paid for by the school for Employees only
End Of Service Benefit:
Receive 21 Days Basic Salary For Each Full Year Of Service. Plus Economy Air Ticket To Place Of Permanent Residence According To Labour Law Of The Country
