PROJECT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE, WORK FROM HOME

We are searching for someone that is innovative, creative, and focused on finding solutions to help us create the best creative experience on earth. You would be working on one of our company's primary operations tasks if you joined our Project Support Operations (PSO) team. We are looking for a problem-solver who is willing to assist our creative project managers and designers in giving our clients the finest creative experience possible. The task will require assessing and resolving escalations, spotting potential threats to the health of the accounts, and contributing their problem-solving skills throughout the project.

Focusing on innovation, you would be working closely with the extended Operations team to identify trends in customers’ concerns, and find creative solutions for these.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Investigate escalations -analyze and solve internal and external escalations raised throughout the project process.

  • Generate findings -record and share conclusions on potential risks and quality concerns directly affecting our accounts’ health.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally -work closely with the Customer Success team and Team Leaders in brainstorming solutions to customers’ concerns.

  • Identify trends -analyze performance on projects with escalations and categorize the underlying cause(s) to identify performance trends.

  • Coach and advise -serve as advisor to Creative Project Managers, Creative Leads, and PM Team Leads on project-related affairs.
     

     

What’s needed to succeed?

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations roles -preferably in tech-related companies.

  • Outstanding levels of attention to detail, process orientation, and analytical skills.

  • High personal standards for quality, accountability, and reliability.

  • Excellent communication skills -fluent in written and oral English.

  • Strong technical skills -previous experience working with GSuite and design software.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate and work in a team environment.

  • Excellent understanding of customer satisfaction -and its potential issues or disruptors.
