A Project Manager is needed to work with our Systems team. He or she will collaborate closely with our Support Manager and the Systems team to create an exceptional customer experience while maximizing efficiency. It's crucial to have some experience in development because managing development projects will make up a significant percentage of your job.
Duties and responsibilities
Management of all projects related to improving our systems, ensuring we are building what our customers and employees really need.
Coordinate and collaborate with design, development, and content teams to establish requirements definition of new implementations
Keep relevant departments and stakeholders informed of updates, changes and deadlines.
Prioritize backlogs, and new tickets, from various stakeholders, alleviate bottlenecks that the engineering team encounter and keep projects running smoothly and on time.
Set up of the sprints on YouTrack
Creation of prototypes for development needs.
Set up the roadmap in order to have a clear vision of our future goals
Define training needs according to new processes and train staff on new processes
Reviewing and improving process management
Creation of user stories, user manuals and general documentation.
Ensure product objectives are fulfilled, and deliverables meet requirements and business expectations.
Requirements
Experience in a Project Management role within a development environment
Experience developing WordPress sites (full admin control with an understanding of concepts such as WP templates, CPT, CF).
Experience in creating prototypes for development needs.
Highly organized, with sound prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain complex issues in a concise manager.
Applicants must be based in or close to the CET (Europe, Middle East, South Africa).
