Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Conduct thorough research into potential locations and other project specifics, and design comprehensive project plans that cover all aspects of the venture, including budget, timeline, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
Execution and Oversight: Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring they stay on time and within budget. This could include managing contracts, sourcing vendors, obtaining necessary permits, overseeing construction, etc.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update the CEO and other stakeholders on project progress, risks, and changes. Facilitate effective decision-making by providing clear and comprehensive reports and recommendations.
Vendor and Team Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on schedule. Coordinate with internal teams as necessary to achieve project objectives.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks or issues that could impact the successful completion of the project. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
Quality Assurance: Monitor all project activities to ensure they are up to standard and meet all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements. Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
Required skills/experience:
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project-related challenges in a proactive and efficient manner.
Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in working with numbers and analyzing project data to make informed decisions and drive project success.
Innovative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box, propose creative solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances to optimize project outcomes.
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage project documentation, track progress, and maintain project-related information in an orderly manner.
Potential Travel: This will include potential travel to different destinations outside of the country.
