As a Project Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating new product projects, major product changes and other operations projects including the coordination of project requirements among all internal company functional areas and communication of the project lifecycle. Define project scope, deliverables, planning, and budgets.
Lead the development process from design to production, including documentation for manufacturing, assembly, and service & support.
Work closely with (remote) suppliers and production partners to realize and finalize designs, prepare for production and improve existing products.
Coordinate daily work with all hardware (mechanical, electrical,…), software, quality, and supply-chain internal and external team members.
Risk management and change control within the project.
Serve as the primary point of contact with all the stakeholders.
3 years of experience working in new product introduction supply chain management.
3 years of program management experience
Track record of successfully delivering projects
Understanding of manufacturing and development processes (electronic product is a plus)
Great communication skills
Ability to structure and coordinate the work of hardware project teams
Motivated, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver who is able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Cross-functional collaboration with excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams, and be a team player.
Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
