PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, €35,100 ANNUALLY | RELOCATE TO AUSTRIA WITH WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP

Take over coordination tasks and prepare tables for international logistics and process design related projects (i.e. network design or sea freight)

Participate in the ongoing development of project management in cross-team projects

Analyze and develop existing processes with a focus on agile methods

Coordinate, optimize and develop the digital collaboration platforms within the framework of the Office 365 products

Research information and prepare presentations, minutes and documents (primarily in English)

Organize appointments and workshops, as well as independent execution of administrative tasks

Advanced business-oriented school education at “Matura” level (equivalent to A-Levels) with a focus on logistics or supply chain management

First work experience beneficial (i.e. project management or logistics)

Proficient in the computer (particularly MS Office)

Experienced SharePoint and Project knowledge beneficial

Enjoys international cooperation

Very good German and English skills

Organized and has pronounced cooperation skills
