The CI project coordinator is a member of the Continuous Improvement team to support team members by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating across departments, increasing the team’s efficiency and fostering cross-team collaboration. The project coordinator will coordinate all operations within the CI department. It’s their job to make sure that departmental operations are well-organised and run smoothly. This includes communicating with various departments across Distributed to make sure everyone is on the same page. The project coordinator reports to the Continuous Improvement Director.
Monitoring CI progress and creating status reports for team members and stakeholders.
Ensuring that departmental operations are well-organised and run smoothly
Assisting with task scheduling so that team members work in coordination to complete their tasks.
Scheduling meetings and facilitating communication between the team members as well as departments across Distributed.
Support team members to help them complete project tasks.
Foster cross-team collaboration and increasing the team’s efficiency
Managing CI documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule and scope.
Executing a variety of administrative tasks such as documentation of communications, Google Drive management, and CI related data storage.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Slack
Familiarity with software development
