We are seeking a Go to Market Program Manager to join our GTM Enablement team with a record for leading complex, cross-functional efforts to bring new products, solutions, and other updates to market with high customer impact and satisfaction, driving product momentum and revenue growth at global scale. You will be working closely with the Marketing, Product, Enablement, Sales Ops, Legal, Finance and most importantly, the field teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Experience. Partners) and you would be responsible for owning the GTM work back schedule from concept to launch, coordinating the activities/schedules, and check-ins with all stakeholders, holding cross-functional teams accountable for deliverables, and ensuring product is on track for a successful launch to the market.
In addition to managing launches, you may also be pulled in to help orchestrate and resolve GTM cross functional projects and issues along with helping with enablement projects on an as needed basis.
Work with cross functional teams to define and execute a winning Go-To-Market work plan
Build out a master Bill of Materials (BOM) for launch deliverables across the various cross functional teams
Get alignment on tier definitions for what different features/products/solutions mean in terms of tiers
Program manage cross functional teams to align on common goal(s) and drive resolution of issues/blockers
Advocate for all stakeholders throughout the release cycle to ensure they have the support needed to succeed.
Handle multiple projects and be able to unblock challenges with strong bias for action and ownership. If a pivot is needed, you will navigate through the downstream impacts and analyze risk / reward quickly.
7+ years of work experience in a program management capacity, preferably in GTM teams such as sales, marketing, or enablement
Strong program management skills - must have experience managing a program with multiple projects in it (not just a project)
Can-do attitude, strong work ethic, strong relationship management skills, growth/flexible mindset are keys to success in this role
Demonstrate experience and ability to work across Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, and Product to create a culture of alignment
Change management skills are a nice to have
Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences is a plus but not required (but a strong willingness to learn basic science is needed)
Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Asana, etc. is a nice to have
