We are looking for a motivated Program Development Specialist who will help to build strategic and commercial relationships with our key targeted partners and institutions.bAs part of the Business Development and Social Impact team, you will have the chance to be part of an inspirational group dedicated to the creation of partnerships and initiatives to empower young people, helping them to reach their personal and professional goals.
Support the whole cycle of business development and partnership creation including:
Identification of funding opportunities (both grants and tenders)
Identification of potential project partners including outreach, coordination and negotiations
Project proposal development in coordination with the team
Preparation of proposal administrative documents with the support of the team
Manage the relationship and maintain regular communication with selected strategic partners acting as primary focal point for the organization
Own the information management related to grants and tenders including mapping of opportunities and planning of submission
Conduct background research related to the proposals development
Liaise with internally with other teams in particular with the Community, Product and Finance teams
Contribute to the development and conceptualization of new digital programs
Contribute to our Social Impact and Business Development company strategy
At least 5 years experience in grant, tender, bid proposal writing
Strong knowledge and understanding of institutional international donors
Experience of program development, ideally in the social impact or international development sector
Attention to detail and exceptional writing skills
Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, taking the lead and pushing work forward
Experience working with an international team across different time zones in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment, as we are fully remote across continents
Experience working with a variety of public and private partners such as companies, institutions (United Nations, governments, etc.) and no-profit (foundations, universities, NGOs, etc.)
Ability to navigate private-public partnerships, understand partners’ interests and identify successful strategies
Multi-tasking and ability to track a large number of projects without compromising quality of outputs
Fluency in English is a must, fluency in French is considered a plus
