We are now hiring 40 Production Workers for full-time roles without a college degree or prior work experience. Support with getting a Permanent Residency in Canada after 1 - 2 years of work will be provided.
Process raw produce and move throughout the warehouse and production area;
Feed clean produce and feed to processing machines for cutting
Assist machine operators in ensuring machine specifications are set accordingly based on product verifications
Pack produce into bags and other containers and organize by product
Clean work areas and equipment
Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties, if necessary
No education requirements
No work experience necessary – on-the-job training will be provided
Good English language skills-IELTS General Test required with overall band of 5 minimum
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Ability to work different shifts
Support with getting Permanent Residency in Canada after 1 - 2 years of work will be provided.
This is a full-time, temporary position with at least 40 hours of work per week
Overtime rate applies after 44 hours of work per week (tbd)
