The Product Strategy team supports the Product, Tech & UX organisation with the overarching product strategy and the achievement thereof. The team drives strategic topics in the Product org to enable better strategic decision making, even better product delivery, and ultimately improve and expand the product portfolio. As a Product Strategy Manager - Monetisation you lead the global product monetisation strategy together with Product Leadership and other key stakeholders in the business. Develop the global monetisation framework so our product leaders can adapt their product strategies and delight our users while we optimise our revenue streams
Work closely with our the product segments that influence our revenue streams to steer them in the right direction on a continuous basis (Memberships, Payments, Cards & Wallets, Bank Products, Insurance & Investments)
Work with legal and other stakeholders to understand opportunities around pricing and experimentation in different markets
Identify opportunities through P&L analysis based on our product strategy
Suggest pricing experiments and iterations to find optimisation opportunities
Be the main spokesperson for the Product Org in regards to our monetisation performance
Work together with our Product Analytics team to connect user behaviour analysis to revenue performance
Support the build of newly established business lines by developing business cases for larger initiatives
You support our Finance Business Partners in their forecasting efforts and represent our Product Initiatives
Suggest data analysis to be executed by our product analysts to improve reporting on P&L
Outstanding analytical skills and intense attention to detail
Strong financial modelling capabilities
Ability to operate independently on projects impacting the highest level of the business
Strong Excel and slide writing skills are essential, you are able to convey a story out of data and make it presentable
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Finance or as a Business Analyst
Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
SQL skills is a prerequisite
Fluency in English
