Our product portfolio is growing. We are looking for a product researcher who can help us develop our products by understanding our customers and market as well as the performance of our product in a very detailed way.
Defining and understanding of: product performance, behavioural and channels analytics, understanding of the customer journey, funnel and conversions
Planning and implementing appropriate product research strategies and methodologies to be used at every stage of the product lifecycle
Collaborating with product managers, designers and marketing colleagues to understand business needs, and formulate appropriate research process to generate user-focused insights
Conducting customer research to understand their processes, pain-point and needsSampling and recruiting participants for user research
Conducting market research and competitors research
Preparing and presenting actionable recommendations based on research findings and analysis
Writing requirements and recommendations (PRD), translating researching findings.
4+ years of experience in market research/user research
Fluent in Arabic and English
B2B product research experience
Experience in working with business intelligence tools
Customer research techniques
Strong understanding of how to structure interviews and survey questionnaire
Naturally creative and has good problem-solving skills
Strong quantitative and qualitative data gathering and analysis skills
Have experience in working in SaaS and startup environment
