The Product Owner Intern role demands a unique set of skills specific to the PE industry and interpersonal skills to be able to rise in a fast expanding cutting edge fin-tech company.
Support the product owners in ideation of the new features with innovative UI/UX ideas
Gathering the requirements from the stakeholders for the product features
Working with the Scrum team to deliver the product features and owning the quality assurance for the product
Supporting the product team with the backlog refinements and maintenance
Manage feedback of user engagement to optimize future product development
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Higher degree (preferable master’s degree) in Computer Science, Informatics, Management or Data Engineering, or similar relevant field
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Excellent communication skills in English
Great presentation skills and the ability to speak in front of external stakeholders
Sharp mind and creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly interested in FinTech / Private Markets
Self-starter-success driven and hard working to make things happen
A passion for leveraging analytics and metrics to drive effectiveness
Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SQL skills and Python are nice to haves
Team player who likes to work with others and is flexible to get the job done
