Lead a team of developers building state-of-the-art apps
Analyze, identify and prioritize the needs of product teams and translate them into tasks
Be responsible for the development team, manage their progress and make relevant strategic decisions
Be the central contact person for all projects inside the area of your responsibility
Communicate your teams progress to the Product lead and Tech lead
Implement a lean, high-output development process and improve the quality of development
You have at least 1 year of experience as product manager/product owner in a consumer-facing digital business
You have a strong knowledge of project management in a flat organization
You are experienced in agile software development methods
You are fluent with digital products and interest in technology
You are familiar with a common business model in digital consumer business, mobile games, and/or gambling services environments
You understand how to harmonize user needs and business goals with technological challenges
You want to take over responsibility and make business decisions
You have experience leading a team and have proven that you are a real team player who masters and appreciates the cooperation and leadership of interdisciplinary teams
You are a strong communicator and can guide and motivate individuals to their full potential
You communicate fluently in English
