For this role, we have a salary band between 50,000€ and 65,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process. You will work in a cross-functional team that typically comprise Software Engineers and UX Designers - ensuring close collaboration in autonomous teams to deliver value-adding ideas in the most optimal way
Your focus is on creating, validating and delivering solutions that balance commercial viability, technical feasibility and customer desirability
The overall goal is to contribute to - and provide feedback on - the product vision for flaconi
You will share lessons learned and best practice across and between teams
Also, you ensure your team’s roadmap is aligned to the strategic priorities of the wider organization
Your decisions will be guided by evidence: from data to direct user research. By measuring the performance of your products you can make the best in-flight decisions
By continuously prioritizing the backlog according to the evidence gathered, you will use an evolving set of product methodologies to explore and deliver the most valuable ideas
At least 2 years of experience in product management, ideally in e-commerce or similar agile software development environment
A degree in Business, Engineering (or similar field) or comparable education
Experience with roadmapping processes or agile product/project management in general
Product innovation and discovery mindset
Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills, as well as problem-solving and scalable approaches
A structured, transparent and flexible way of working
Business fluent in English
